Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how diCELLa Ltd. gathers, processes, and protects personal data in connection with its devices, tools, mobile applications, electronic products, and services.
diCELLa Ltd., based in Krakow, Podole 60 Street, acts as the Personal Data Administrator and processes data in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, known as the General Data Protection Regulation.
Purpose of Personal Data Processing
Personal data of users of the mobile application are collected, processed, and stored by the Administrator with the consent of the data subjects, in accordance with law and in a manner that supports data security.
By entrusting personal data to the Administrator, the user consents to its processing in order to ensure the proper operation of the mobile application. Providing personal data is voluntary, but absence of such data may prevent authorization and use of selected services.
Data Subject Rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, removal, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data transfer, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing. You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Data Usage
The mobile application may record measurement data, process it for report creation, and integrate measurement values and other data into reports. Data downloaded from the end device are used for the report generator and related application functions.
The application may automatically collect system logs, including visit date and time, IP address, mobile device data, operating system, and version, for server administration, debugging, and statistics.
Data and Location Access
The mobile application may access the user's location to determine phone location and search for the nearest measuring station. The application may also save selected data on local or SD memory where necessary.
Application data are stored locally on the device or SD card unless consciously transferred to another device by the user. Some functions require network communication, internet and Wi-Fi access, external memory access, and system tools that prevent sleep mode.
Third-Party Services
In addition to services provided directly by diCELLa, selected third-party providers may be used where necessary for application operation. These providers may maintain their own privacy policies.
One such service is Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Security
The application does not store personal data that would allow unauthorized third parties to identify a specific application user, authenticate on the site, or access mobile application user data after login.
Changes and Contact
diCELLa reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy by publishing a new version on the system operator's website.
